We buy directly from authorized manufacturers and skip the layers of regional distributors that inflate prices before a machine ever reaches a showroom floor. Every espresso machine, grinder, and stand mixer we sell ships with its full factory warranty, registered under your name, not ours. We track return rates and repair requests by model, so if a machine breaks down more than it should, we stop selling it — no matter how well it sells.

We still answer our own support line, and we still spend Saturday mornings pulling shots on whatever machine just came off the truck. If it's not good enough for our own kitchens, it doesn't go in yours.
