1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern every order placed through the Quitman Appliances online store ("we," "us," "our") by consumers and businesses alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms as they stand at the time your order is submitted. We recommend reading them carefully before completing your purchase, and reviewing them again periodically, as they may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or applicable law.

3. Conclusion of contract
The product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute legally binding offers on our part. Instead, they are an invitation for you to submit an order. When you click the order button at checkout, you are placing a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
Receipt of an order confirmation email from us simply acknowledges that we have received your order and does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of it. A binding contract of sale is formed only when we either send you a separate order acceptance email or dispatch the goods to you, whichever occurs first.
4. Prices and shipping
All prices shown on our product pages are listed in USD and include statutory VAT and any other mandatory price components applicable at the time of purchase. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and are displayed clearly during checkout, before you confirm and place your order, so you know the full cost in advance.
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
5. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. All transactions are processed in USD.
6. Delivery
Orders are typically processed and handed over for shipping within 1-2 business days of contract conclusion or receipt of payment, whichever is later. Once dispatched, orders generally arrive within 2-4 business days. These timeframes apply to shipments within the United States and are estimates rather than guarantees, as actual delivery times can be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays.
7. Retention of title
All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you must take reasonable care of the goods and may not dispose of, encumber, or otherwise deal with them in a manner that would prejudice our ownership rights.
8. Returns, refunds, and exchanges
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5 business days back to your original payment method.

9. Warranty
In addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have under applicable law, products purchased from us are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. We aim to resolve any concerns about your order directly and informally wherever possible. If you have an issue, please contact us first using the details above so we can work toward a fair resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, either party remains free to pursue it through the courts or any other channels available under the governing law referenced below.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Should any individual provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and the contract will continue in full effect as if the unenforceable provision had not been included.
